do not know what to do with…; have a hard time [trouble] 《with…, doing》; be put out 《by [with]…》; be at one's wits' end 《with…》.

●てこずらせる give sb a hard time [a lot of trouble]; bring [drive] sb to his wits' end.

●あの男にはいつもてこずらされる. He's always causing problems [trouble] (for us). | 《口》 He's a big pain in the neck [《俗》 ass].

・うちの利かん坊にはほんとにてこずってしまう. That little monster of mine is really more than I know what to do with [has really gotten beyond my control].
